Hours of operation:

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm (EST ) Excluding public holidays.

How long will my product take to be delivered?

Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

What size bed should I buy for my dog?

We recommend that you measure your dog when it is in the lying down position to make sure that your dog will have enough room to be comfortable.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

How much will I pay in Freight?

As we send goods by courier or Australia Post and the cheapest option will be applied to your order. The cost of freight will vary depending on the weight of your purchase, and your postcode. We have found that this is the most cost effective, quickest and safest way for you to receive your products. If you would like an estimate please contact us and we can work it out for you.

How do I care for the dogs bed once I have purchased it?

Our beds come with either removable covers that are either machine washable, or can be hand washed. Or the whole bed can be thrown into the washing machine. For the Raised and Outdoor dog beds a quick squirt with the hose will work wonders!

If there is a problem with the product how do I contact you?

If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week dogbedsforyou@bigpond.com . Or contact us on 0409597706 during office hours.

Returns and Refunds for wrong items:

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (product only) if there is a problem with the bed. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order for proper credit.

If you need to return something due to it being damaged or defective, please send an email to dogbedsforyou@bigpond.com within 3 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.

Defective Items: Please notify us within 7 days and return it to us along with the original product packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.

Damaged Items: Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of order, so we can begin the claims process. Keep all packaging and paperwork for processing.
